The Certified Human project explores identity, humor, and relatability through bold illustration and graphic symbolism. The concept was built around the idea of everyday humanity flaws, emotions, and shared experiences, translated into a simple but striking visual statement.



Sketch Process



The process began with loose sketches focused on expressive forms, typography, and character presence, allowing ideas to develop organically without over-polishing too early. Multiple variations were explored to balance personality with clarity, refining shapes and line work to ensure the illustration would read well at different sizes. Once the direction was locked, the sketch was translated into clean vector artwork while preserving the raw, human energy of the original drawing.



T-Shirt Ready



The final illustration was applied to a T-shirt format with wearability and print impact in mind. High-contrast placement and simplified color choices were used to ensure strong visibility on fabric while maintaining the bold graphic identity. The result is a versatile T-shirt design that works as both a fashion statement and a conceptual piece rooted in modern human expression.
